Hi. I realize this has been frustrating for you and I know how important your phone number is to you. Unfortunately, due to the new platform upgrade on our telephone service, in order to have a phone number to port, you have to have active service. Since you disconnected the service, in order for it to become active again, it will have to be professionally installed. I apologize that you were not told conflicting information.
