My phone with Cox hasn't worked right in over a month. It no longer logs incoming or outgoing calls in call history. I've repeatedly been told on numerous occasions it would be fixed then I was told it was shut off. I've spoken to numerous moderators & reps & keep getting different answers.

Hi Pam, we cannot apologize enough for the ongoing issues involving the call history. we are hopeful a resolution will be reached by the end of this week. -Kevin
