ABC freezes continually

ABC freezes continually. I have had 3 techs out in the last 3 weeks. The problem still exists. Would really appreciate any help. It is getting to be a real nuisance. I have Cox Communications Contour Box.  Thank you

      Have rebooted many times. For the most, it freezes during the morning time, but it can also do it any time of the day. Thank you.

    I have been experiencing the same issue for several weeks now on just ABC. Rebooting the box does not fix the issue. I have also gone as far as unplugging everything (cables, box, etc) to no avail. This is beyond frustrating especially when watching a sporting event. I highly suggest Cox technicians look into this.

      I guess I am not the only one then. It is extremely frustrating considering 3 service calls and no solution.
