Cotour TV connection

Cox SmartHelp message says that I am not connected to their network. Yesterday it said that I was disconnected. What is the difference?

    Probably a distinction between a-comin' and a-goin'.

    Not connected should be you haven't logged onto Coxnet yet.

    Disconnected should be either you logged off or were disco'd from Coxnet.
