Delete Profile?

Does anyone know how to delete the Cox forum profile? Been on two chats and 3 phone calls - it seems Cox ‘support’ people don’t know what a cox forum profile is. They seem to want to delete my Cox account or more often…just transfer me to another agent. Support (especially chats) is severely lacking.

    Why do you want to delete your profile? Just turn off notification and ignore it.
