It is happening right now (8:20 Saturday night) on ABC channel 7 with the cable box.; not the app. We had the same on NBC channel 4 on Thursday night. There is nothing wrong with our SAP settings. All other channels are in English as normal. We called customer service Thursday night and they tried to gaslight us as well. Hard to believe Cox has NO IDEA what's going on.

Hi Oren, I'm sorry that you had an unpleasant experience with our customer service team. Is this issue still occurring on channel 4 and 7, and are all receivers currently impacted by this? I checked the feed for both channels in your market, to see if there is an issue with the video feed supplied by the broadcaster. At this time, we are unable to replicate this issue.
