How to turn off Screen saver? new post

Has there been any activity on having the screen saver function being a able to  be turned off?  I turn the tv on for my dogs when I go to work to help with stress.  This feature is very annoying, the customer should have the ability to turn this off if they choose.

    At this time, the screen saver can only be changed to reflect 5, 15, 30 minutes, or 5 hours. The option to completely disable the feature is currently not available on our Contour 2 platform.

    I have submitted this feedback to our Contour 2 Video Enhancement Team, to see if this is a feature that can be implemented in the future. -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
