Is there a way to delete or block the YouTube app?

My kids have time limits on their electronic for YouTube.  But they found the dang YouTube app on Contour.  I want to delete or block it.  How can I do that?  If there isn't a way Cox needs to create a parental control for it ASAP.

    Hello Mshawaiiinne,

    You may set up Parental Control for the Youtube app on Contour so that it asks for a PIN in order to access it. A Parental Control PIN must first be created. To set up a Parental Control PIN with Contour, please visit www.cox.com/.../setting-a-parental-control-pin-with-contour.html

    To enable Parental Control for the Youtube app, please do the following:

    1. Press the CONTOUR button on your remote control.
    2. Use the arrows to highlight Settings, then press OK.
    3. Press the down arrow to highlight Parental Controls, then press OK.
    4. Press the down arrow to highlight Application Locks, then press OK.
    5. Press the down arrow to highlight Youtube. To lock Youtube, press OK and the lock symbol will appear to the left of Youtube.
