Magnolia Network & Tivo

I have a TIVo Bolt with a tuning adapter. I can view all of my channels accept the Magnolia Network. The screen goes black and nothing happens. Cox is blaming Magnolia. Magnolia is blaming TIVo and TIVo blames Cox. I’m sure it has to do with the tuning adapter but don’t know how to solve the problem.  Anyone else have this problem?
