Missing actor biographies

Viewing a movie on TCM

Press ‘Info’ on the remote

Select ‘Movie Info’

Tab down to ‘Cast & Crew’

Select an actor and when I press ‘Info’ on the remote the biography information is missing.

All it says is ‘Appearing in: Film & TV’ then just lists the persons DOB and place of birth.

Does this for every single person. Started a couple of days ago.

    You may want to try restarting your receiver and see if that helps reload all of the information. This can be done by clicking the contour button, scroll over to settings & click OK. Then scroll all the way down to help, click OK and then click OK on restart.

      This is clearly a system wide issue.  My local Cox Store has the same symptoms.  It's been going on for weeks now.  What is the underlying problem?
