Monthly total Internet Usage

Hello, does anyone know where I can get monthly usage amount totals from Cox bill? I want to see my daily, weekly and monthly usage. Also, drill down and check peak usage times by the hour. Similar to the wireless phone data tracker which shows monthly usage totals.  Or, is there a tool available which can provide me similar data collections to get the information I seek. I know of the speed tests, etc., I want to see how many mega or giga I am using.  Thanks
