Why is this Chanel not available? I am glad to see NewsMax but what needs to be done to add this to the lineup?

Before a moderator locks this post, why do moderators immediately lock posts requesting either OAN or NewsMax?
If an OP requests a different channels, the post will stay unlocked until it reaches a certain age. With OAN and NM, however, it seems these posts are locked within hours or first thing in the morning.
