Reboot your cable box.   If an audio and video sync issue on multiple channels persists, schedule a Cox tech to check your signal.  Request a tech with a long ladder and ask to have the signal checked at the tap.  If you have DVR service, record samples of the issue on multiple channels (preferably major networks) as proof in case it doesn't occur when the tech visits.
