Prepaid return label?
I have been trying for days to get a prepaid return label to send back my contour device— Why’s this so impossible??
Any help would be appreciated!

We no longer offer prepaid labels for returning equipment. There are a couple of options available to you though. You can return the equipment to one of our Retail stores. To find the locations and hours, check out https://www.cox.com/local/search . You can also return the equipment to any of over 4,500 UPS store locations. You can find store locations at www.theupsstore.com/locations . You would need to allow up to 7 days for the equipment to be shipped from UPS to us. With either of these options, I would recommend keeping a copy of the return receipt. The one from UPS will have the tracking number on it.
