Receiver test report

When I run the Customer Support / Receiver test report I get  "Problems Found" with the connectivity test 1, Test name, Connection to cox servers Problem detected

10.1.7.2. Current value: 33.2

 We have issues with the picture going to black screen for a few seconds. But we never lose the sound. We have had the receiver replaced and replaced all the coax to and from everywhere behind equipment. The only cable not replaced is the line from the box outside the house that runs through the attic.

What is the problem?

  • Hi Okiebirdnerd. Does this happen on a specific channel or any channel? Have we sent a signal to reset the cable receiver? The best solution is to schedule a service call. This way the technician will be able to determine what needs to be done. Thanks, Lisa - Cox Support Forums Moderator
