Hi Vegaschef75, what issues are you experiencing with the Cloud DVR? A playback issue impacting cDVR recordings in Phoenix and Las Vegas began on 5/21/19. Our video engineers are working to resolve this issue. We don't have an estimated time of repair, so we'll keep you posted. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

Hi Becky, I'm having problems again! this time it gives me a message "network not responding" nothing on my dvr will load. it wont let me record any thing new. I called support this morning and she did't set an appointment just said she turned it in "someone will connect with me in the next 24 to 48 hours" this is not good

just got home and for the first time since 3am I have full use of my DVR. I sure hope they have this fixed. This is the second time in a month and it's getting old!
