Samsung 65" tv picture in top left hand corner

Hi Newtocontour,

If you haven't already done so, unplug the power from the cable receiver in the living room for two minutes, and then plug it back in. Allow the cable box a few minutes to go through its reset cycle before checking the picture. Please let us know if this restores the picture to full screen!
