How do I know if I have blue tooth capability with my Panoramic WiFi through Cox.
You don't. The only Bluetooth connection would be between your earphones and the cable box. What cable box do you have? You can find a partial list here.

Can't find any name on box. Should the earphones be connected to the box, not the TV?
To the Box, unless your TV also has Bluetooth. See instructions here.
- Hi Seattlegal, we have two cable boxes that support Bluetooth devices: the Wireless 4K Contour Stream Player Xi6 and the Wireless 4K Contour Stream Player CiOne. The Xi6 supports up to 7 Bluetooth devices. I believe the CiOne can support more than 7, but I'm not able to put my finger on that info at the moment.
