- I have been a Cox customer since 1998. I have always been dissatisfied that Cox Communications offers sweet deals for new customers while sticking it to long-term customers. Now Cox is dragging its feet on adding the ESPN ACC Network. I have looked at the Cox Communications network states and figured out that there are 10 ACC teams in your footprint and 3 SEC teams, yet you carry the ESPN SEC Network (2 channels). I GUARANTEE that I will drop Cox Communications in 6 days if I do not have a guarantee of getting the ACC network by it's start date of 08/22/19. Also, I predict that you will lose a LOT more customers besides me. Tick, tick, tick...

May as well add me to your list. I will be highly upset if Cox doesn't pickup ACC Network.

Tick, tick, tick, ding, ding, ding. Cox's time has expired. I hammered out a deal with my new provider who carries ESPN ACC Network today. As soon as an installer is scheduled and completes the installation, I will cancel Cox as GUARANTEED...but thanks for submitting the channel request on my behalf. See ya' Cox! 😜

My new provider performed installation today, and submitted request to Cox to release my phone number. I am watching the ACC Network as I type this. As soon as my phone number is released, I will bring Cox's equipment to them (which is already boxed), and cancel my service. Ya' snooze, ya' lose...but thanks for adding my name to the list for people wanting the ACC Network. ;-)
