- I have been a Cox customer since 1998. I have always been dissatisfied that Cox Communications offers sweet deals for new customers while sticking it to long-term customers. Now Cox is dragging its feet on adding the ESPN ACC Network. I have looked at the Cox Communications network states and figured out that there are 10 ACC teams in your footprint and 3 SEC teams, yet you carry the ESPN SEC Network (2 channels). I GUARANTEE that I will drop Cox Communications in 6 days if I do not have a guarantee of getting the ACC network by it's start date of 08/22/19. Also, I predict that you will lose a LOT more customers besides me. Tick, tick, tick...
I couldn't agree more. As a 20+ year customer, I've paid the premium to have ESPN, just to watch ACC sports. As a long time client whose also paid a premium over new clients, I've been holding out in hopes that Cox would finally do something right. If Cox fails to carry the ACCN, this will be the proverbial straw that breaks the camels back. I can get the same internet, and even more TV channels with Verizon, and as a new customer, my monthly bill will be half. Lets see how Cox responds to customer loyalty. (Hopefully not with another canned message "I have submitted a channel request on your behalf")

Same here. Though I will likely try Hulu first and save even more. Hulu has ACCN. Cox has about one week to get it straight

Interesting.... I didn't get any response from the moderator..... And just checked today... for the same service, more than $100 LESS per month.... So I'm really wondering why I shouldn't switch......
