Low upload means no file sharing or streaming. For those of us that earn our money online and did not get bailed out by the government, this is a death sentence. I am immunocompromised and can't even earn enough for my meds because this ISP keeps dropping upload rates, then points to the download and says everything is fine >:( FCC complaint filed! #gettheirwallet
