I have a Netgear N450 modem/router. I just bought a Nighthawk R7000. I play Black Ops 3, the problem I was having before the Nighthawk was lag. I bought the Nighthawk with hopes of helping said lag. When I turn on my Xbox One the system itself says open nat, however the game says moderate nat. I have tried everything I know to do but cant get an open nat on the game. I have managed to get strict but never open. Anyone have any suggestions for me?7.4KViews1like3Commentshow do I access my second routers configuration on a two router setup?
The other day I purchased a Netgear High Speed Cable Modem - DOCSIS 3.0 (CMD31T). I was attempting to use that netgear modem on the Highest Internet Connection Cox has to offer, but come to find out the modem is only a 4 channel not an 8; will not supply the highest speed. I then disconnected that router and hooked up anetgear residential gateway cg3000d-rg which supplies the 8 channels needed to run the highest speed available speed from COX. I also have a Netgear Nighthawk hooked up to the cg3000d-rg. I can access the Netgear cg3000d-rg setup, but not the Netgear NIghthawk setup. How do I access both of the routers setup? Also, did I setup my network correctly? My current setup s is: Netgear cg3000d-rg lan port 4 -> Netgear Nighthawk lan port 4. DHCP is ONLY enabled in the Netgear CG3000d-rg router and disabled in the Netgear Nighthawk.4.3KViews0likes6Comments
