Panoramic Wifi Gateway App Issue
I can not believe I have to come here and complain about such a popular and MUCH NEEDED WIFI SERVICE IN A TIME LIKE THIS, it will now be 2 weeks since multiple devices in my household CAN NOT connect to the internet because I paused them and then they had an outage and ever since my WIFI app does not work it says there is no devices connected but i have over 5 devices connected, soo i can not locate the devices in the app and un-pause them. 5 chat reps, 3 phone calls AND a tech to my home whom was here under 5mins and stated he would be back with a new modem 7 days later and he STILL HAS NOT MADE HIS WAY BACK this is unbelievable! If you are here looking for internet RUUUNNNN.... outages every other week during the pandemic i nearly lost my job, and reps just kept saying they are overloaded with everyone working at home in my area, Well ppl are making there way back to the office here and yet still outages are VERY often with Cox!!! Yet stilli havethe FULL financial responsibility of $200+ a month with them! IF i had another internet option TRUST ME I would leave almost three years with them now and it has been COMPLETE TRASH. If i knew how to take legal action I WOULD, because they have been robbing me of my bill for three years now for a service they have NEVER been able to maintain. I have been having this problem for months now and it seems to fall on deaf ears with Cox. I see a lot of other people are having the same issues. I have done those steps others say to do and the email would open intermittently on sparse occassions but the same problem still persists. I have not been able to my email on my Windows operating system Laptop utilizing Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Opera for weeks now. The only place I have been able to open my webmail is on my iPhone which appears to be un-effected. Cox is aware the new web-mail is flawed and yet they still have done nothing about it and have not reverted back to the old system until they can fix it's glitches. Spent an hour with online chat.... thought we had it fixed...... I have done all the steps to update the security of my account.... now can't send emails! My WEB email works just fine.... I know my log in name and password.... but the Windows live program and my phone email won't work..... HELP this is the error message. Ever since I checked the required "server requires authentication" and it asks for my username and password.... which is correct as it works on webmail just fine to log on.... it just won't accept it! Oh well, my hubby wants to dump Cox Internet and go with CenturyLink's great deal... so it may not matter! The message could not be sent because the server rejected the sender's email address. Hi I have Cox connect for about 1 year now. I always use Cox Connect app to DVR programs. This week it started giving me a error message on my Iphone 4 Set top box not found and the work Ok. If I hit Ok and go to my channel it says I have no favorite channels which I had at least 10. And when I go to Settings and Digital Recorders I get a message Your account does not include a Digital Top Box subscription and it tells me to to to the Cox.com site on details. I have spent about 1 hour on the phone with Cox and they can not seem to help me except to open a trending case. They confirm that I do have the subscription. They refreshed my box I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I also have a Ipad which I did not have the app and download on there and same problem. I also get a error message 102.
