Gigablast Speeds
We have had Gigablast for I believe 2 years now. Yet not onceover these 2 yearshave I seen the speeds go over 500-600 Mbps. For the past couple months or so I haven't seen it over 300. Yet were paying a ridiculous $182/mo for the plan quoted at $120. I am using a high end computer with a cat 6 ethernet connection from the Cox Panorama modem. Yes I have tried restarting the modem and all the other cookie cutter things tech support tells you to do.328Views0likes0CommentsA tad frustrated....
We have been without internet for 24 hours since it blipped out during the Oscars opening....so now my wife is angry too. I can't call in because the 1800 206 9832 is reporting as discontinued. I can't talk to a rep through chat because you are understaffed and they are all "busy". I can't fix the problem myself because we have rebooted the server several times to no avail. Ironically, this comes one week after receiving a note that our rates are going up dramatically. When I wrote to you last week about that and gave you the ability to offer me some kind of package to compensate for the outrageous cost versus service....you slammed back with a rude, uncaring emal. I am trying to be civil and polite. I just want to know if there are any others out there and if we need to go to 3 on our side to get some kind of rational action for the amount of money we are paying. For the 3 bundle, we are paying in excess of $225 x 12 = 2700.00 for this excellent service. Please advise your best offer for rational, sound solution.2.4KViews0likes1Comment
