Music Choice screen shots are too bright! How can I listen for relaxation when screen photos have such harsh light. Is there a way to make screen darker while listening?

Can you suggest anamplifier with active return? My efforts to have Cox solve mypixelationissues with my MoCA Tivo network has no positive results after 10 months of begging, and pleading. Have mercy. Cox denies issues with the Tuning Adapter and Cable Card and has refused my request for an upgrade to my rented hardware into the latest version(s). TV Guide and TV shows
I just want to know why the person in charge of writing the TV guide and putting what movies and shows and sports on at what time , can not do his job correctly ?????? I will explain I recorded game 2 of the NBA finals that was in the guide at midnight so this is the second showing , I got home from work before the recording started and sports news was on , 1st thing play that show after the game is done because I want to watch the game without knowing who won and what happened they show the highlights and who won that's ** what's worse the TV guide said the game started at 12 , it did not start till 1 am , I also record movies days ahead and when I go to watch them later it is a totally different movie than it said , and last but not least quit playing 20 year old movies over and over your old motto was you will have Friday , Saturday , and Sunday to watch this movie *** no it plays all month the month after and then 2 more straight months 400 times total and this is what I am pay $209 a month for , BS So here is a simple solution to fix these simple problems that not only I have with my 15years + years of being a cox customer but others too. (1) Fire or put the TV guide programmer in a different position , (2) put newer movies and shows on , and don't play them like HBO does over and over all month that is what DVR's are for . (3) Quit forcing upselling stuff like you mini boxes and *** like that all digital my **** my mini box pauses the program just like the day all digital TV started when the AZ cardinals played the Steelers in the super bowl what a messed up game always freezing the screen . (4) ALL the new little stuff like mini boxes should be free not for 1 year for for ever for long time customers . OH YES GET RID OF THE FREAKING COMMERCIALS OR CUT THEM IN 1/22KViews0likes3Comments
Digital Signal Drop Out issues
So is honestly the only answer from COX to reset your cable box and or have a technician come out and look at it and then possibly replace the box multiple times? I'm not trying to be a pain but seriously? This is obviously an issue and yet it doesn't look like Cox is really serious about fixing the issue. We JUST got our box about three weeks ago and from the first day the tech left we have had multiple stations that the signal drops out, freezes and is just not there. What the crud am I paying for? It is usually on the two "Special" channels we get, HBO and STARS. All through the movie the signal freezes, drops out completely or is all broken up. It is quickly looking to me that I need to go get a digital UHF antenna and just be happy with the 15 channels I can get OTA and drop the T.V. side of Cox. The internet portion is working fine.
