after sign in screen in chrome browser

I have been having trouble trying to access my cox account in the Chrome Browser. I have cleared the cookies and the cache. I have updated all the components at http://chrome.components and I have reinstalled the google browser. Anybody have any ideas? Cox is no help in the FAQs. thanks

    Is it just Chrome effected? Does it work in another browser like Edge or Firefox? Also, what exactly is the error or problem?
