Are there COX provided NTP time sources that I can use?

In the DHCP lease that my firewall gets from COX there are two optional NTP entries that I can ping but they don't appear to be NTP time sources (172.19.121.120 and 172.19.121.121).  Are there COX provided NTP time sources that I can use?

      Thanks LisaH I'll just use pool.ntp.org then.  You may want to pass on to your network engineers that their DHCP configs are passing on invalid NTP settings.

    I use 0.us.pool.ntp.org as a source for my wife's Win 10 Pro desktop and my Surface Pro 6...
