Bill Reminder E-mail

I just received a bill reminder e-mail when I already have a scheduled payment.

Anybody know how to stop this nonsense?

I am about ready to start making complaints to the relevant authorities, such as the Idaho AG office.

Cox billing has been messed up for a long time.

    1. Sign into your Cox account   https://www.cox.com/myprofile/home.html
    2. Click thein the upper right and select: My Profile
    3. Under Contact preferences: Click Notification preferences
    4. Uncheck: Billing Reminders and Confirmations  
    5. Click: Save

     

    This should be the solution to your question.
