Blocked Emails

Where do I find the Blocklist in order to delete it and make room for more blocked emails?

You can find your 'Blocked Senders' in the settings on myemail.cox.com.

You used the wrong domain. It should be .net      https://myemail.cox.net

  • You can find your 'Blocked Senders' in the settings on myemail.cox.com. After logging in, go to the settings icon on the top right corner.

From  here, select 'All Settings'. When you select 'Inbox' on the left side menu, you can scroll down to see the 'Blocked Senders'. Here is where you can add and remove email addresses for the account you are logged into. Third party email platforms may have different ways to access this option.

Filter Rules provide a better way to prevent unwanted email than Blocked Senders (Blocklist).  The following was created for legacy Webmail but the information is still relevant with the exception of references to spam and spam filtering.

How to: Prevent Unwanted Email | Cox Community

Settings > All settings > Scroll down to: Rules > Add new rule

Note: Filter Rules and Blocked Senders are not applied to email going to Spam.  Email identified as spam by an online security company may only be prevented by unsubscribing from each sender.
