What does it take to get my cable buried? Received service Feb 9th or 10th and my cable is still not buried. I contacted Cox a couple of times with no results....got dogs coming to stay for a couple of days that I'm worried will chew up the cable???

State and town permit codes vary and may cause a delay in the completion of the drop bury. In some occasions. In addition, inclement weather such as rain or ice can cause a delay in completion.
There is an active work order pending, to have a team go out to the home and bury this cable for you. Our records indicate the team was to go out on 03/28, however, the ground was too wet. -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
