Cannot Connect to the League of Legends LATAM Servers

Hello,

After days of communication with the support team at Riot Games, we have come to the conclusion that it is just my personal internet connection that will not allow me to connect to their game servers. I can confirm this as I have been able to connect to the LATAM servers from other internet connections. Attached is a Tracert and I will also copy past the results below. 

Some help with resolving this issue would be great as i have been unable to connect for weeks now.

    I also have this problem, but the solution I found is using wtfast, I know it costs but thats the only way It works for me

    FIX THIS ALREADY. ITS BEEN MONTHS. HOW HARD CAN IT BE TO CHANGE THE ROUTES TO THE SERVER SO THEY WORK AGAIN SMH...

        Is this the best reponse you can come with? A lot of people have reached to you and all you say is that "This is not Cox's problem" but IT IS 100%. Look into the problem as a whole because this is happening to all of us not just one...

    Same here, whenever a game starts it doesn't let me connect because I get an error. Have tried just about everything and still. Interestingly when I switched to a NA account it worked with no issues

      My apologies, when you say you switched to a NA account and had no issues, what is a NA account and what kind of account were you using that had the issues?

    It's January and this issue is still a thing. Proof that cox only cares that you have you're internet on autopay and don't really care for quality of service, but since they are the only provider in my area, I'm stuck with them. Two techs, over 10 calls(hour long) and a "tech guru" that one of the techs called asking for help. STILL NO ANSWER!!

        No solution. Someone contacted me after I emailed just to tell me it's not their fault. I'm trying to check with riot again. Everyone with this issue should be making Riot aware.

      yea ive been have the same issue. i even have the elite gamer app on pc and its saying cox serious is ***.. time to move to at&t or spectrum

      The only way it works for me is using wtfast. haven't check other programs like exitlag tho
