Hello ChrisJ2, I am reporting a technical issue that the Cox Services team has refused to assist my mother with. We have tried for a week and a half to get answers as to why there is STILL an outage in her area. Nobody knows why this is happening, and nobody can provide a resolution or proper customer response. We are going to spread this on all social media outlets today. My mother is handicapped and has been unable to work because of this issue. Can you imagine not being able to work and not feed your family because your internet has been down, and the company you have paid for the last 10 years is simply not responding. Cox Customer Service has gone down hill drastically.
