Cisco phone + cox fiber delay issues? 10 sec delay

I tested another router also just incase! So what I saw on the other because it had a cool app to see speeds is when I take a call the speed that the phone gets is SUPER SLOW it dropped down to like .5 or something. So I am not sure why no internet speed gets routed to the CISCO phone? I do have QoS enabled I do know that! I get normal internet speed test around 600MB

I wasn't asking what your speed is, but rather the latency results at the end of the speed test. Mine are 9/108/12. What are yours?

      Then your latency seems to be better then mine, and I have FIOS. The question is what latency are the phones getting and why your speed to them is so slow. You might try DSLReports or Reddit for an answer but I think employees who know about fiber are few and far between. Good luck! Sorry I couldn't help.
