Thanks. I deleted the passwords in Thurderbird and re-signed-in to OAuth, and that helped.

I've been getting this error recently in Thunderbird 128.1.0esr (64-bit).
Debug console gives:pop3.server1.360: NetworkTimeoutError: a Network error occurred Pop3Client.sys.mjs:380:18 pop3.server1.360: SecurityError info: Pop3Client.sys.mjs:422:20 sizeToContent() is deprecated and will be removed in the future. alert.js:197:10 mailnews.oauth: Error response from the authorization server: INVALID_REFRESH_TOKEN; Failed to decode/encode refresh token OAuth2.sys.mjs:344:20 uncaught exception: 2147500036
