Constant outages

Just curious if anyone ever gets compensated for the near-constant outages. This current outage has lasted over 13 hours and still going strong. Not to mention the outage on June 13th. Or June 26th. Or July 2nd. Or July 3rd. Or July 15th. You get the picture. The most I ever get is a "voucher" in case I get an overage on my data, which would be fine and dandy if I didnt pay for unlimited data. I wish I had another option for Internet here.
