Cox cheats people and steals money

Because of some financial issues, I couldn't pay and owed about 359 dollars to Cox. On December 29th, I payed it in full, and on December 30th, it says Payment Successful. Then, on January 11th, 12 DAYS LATER, it suddenly says payment not successful. But today, on the 19th, I still haven't gotten the 359 dollars that I payed back. Cox stole the money. Do not use them as an internet company. If you need to, move to a place that supports Verizon.
