Cox cut my sprinklers..refusing to fix it.

i’ve been dealing with COX since august they buried my internet cable and cut all my sprinkler lines on a rental. the homeowner and i have been trying to get this fixed for 3 months. COX is REFUSING TO FIX IT AND KEEPS SAYING THEY RESOLVED IT THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS. i’ve contacted multiple COX agents and they give you the run around someone will contact you. guess what no one EVER contacts me.
