This is insane. I just got my Amazon account password changed twice last week. I spent quite some time with the IT support (not sales/orders support) at Amazon and I was astonished to learn that both times a password reset link was sent to my cox email.
I have a strong (as strong as cox allows) password and even that didn't prevent this to happen TWICE.
So, as the previous post suggested: DO NOT USE COX EMAIL FOR ANYTHING YOU CONSIDER VALUABLE.
