Cox internet service

Why is cox internet going in and out on a daily for over a month? We should get a discount for all this trouble. It interrupts so much. Especially people that work from home and tv where we get updates during storms and our shows. When I’m late on paying I get constant notices about my bill. All they ever say is we are experiencing outages in your area.  If I could switch then I would. They don’t offer alot of good choices where I live. I pay good money for my service and I should get good service. I’m so mad about this crap already! It isn’t bad weather causing it either. This has been happening for over a month and weather had been great until yesterday! I am beyond mad!
