Most of them are better. I use a Netgear RAXE300. Wall to wall coverage in my townhome, (1632 sq ft), and great speeds. Modem is a Netgear CM2000

I have answered this 2 times, and the reply has been deleted 2 times. Yes, MOST personal routers are better.

    Here is a test I did - Cox's New PW7, 4331 vs Arris DG2460 | Cox Community

    Here is a speed test with a Netgear RAXE300 - https://www.speedtest.net/resul

    I am on 500 down, 50 up.

I am sorry I have had my reply deleted 4 times. Get your own router, it will be better.

Heck yeah brother there are way better routers, firewalls, WiFi units...

They range from like $100 for a good unit on sale to a couple grand if you got bread like that (or just put that ish on ya credit car fr)

I be likin the cheap Netgear joints, if you got the dough tho you can look at Ubiquiti (and if you really got it like that look at Meraki fr)
