I see our community members have recommended you email us at cox.help@cox.com with your info and the details. I also see that you and your wife have also reached out on Facebook. If you would like to continue on Facebook, please send a private message to our page. If you prefer email, you can use that option instead, but I do ask that you keep to one platform so as to avoid any issues that can be caused by multiple agents assisting you at the same time.
Since our forums are for the community to discuss technical topics relating to Cox services and your particular situation is specific to you and your account (which our community members can't assist with) and you have already contacted us on another platform I am going to lock this thread.
