Customer support

As numerous people on here have mentioned threads are removed when Cox doesn’t want to answer or doesn’t like the complaint. This caused me to contact customer service today and I have to say I got a very courteous & friendly agent named Todd from Texas. However, before our conversation was finished the call was disconnected and I knew I wouldn’t get the same agent if I called back. I just want to let Cox know that he did a great job & to thank him.     Good for you...just got off the phone with customer support and the exact opposite experience.  Got off the phone and I'm madder than I was previouslyl.

      This just happened to me too!!  Wish I could speak to a customer service rep that cared...or maybe they are instructed not to care...bad for business...
