Cox forums are for users to assist each other with technical issues. Whining about an issue you don't like isn't what these forums are for.
Rollover is typically only offered by cellular based ISPs because bandwidth is more limited. The cap is enough for "most" people. If you need more buy the unlimited package or switch to Cox Business.
Paying $100 in overage for 2 months trying to get COXs service to work correctly is worse. I know 100x more than the phoney "Live Agent" AI sales dept posing as tech help now.
