Do your job

I’ve had an outage since Friday night and it’s now Sunday and it’s still hasn’t been fixed, they just keep telling me it’ll be fixed but don’t have a time estimate I didn’t sit here and pay for the fastest internet plan just to not use it and waste my money get to work.
