Hi T-Dubs, your modem is currently not responding properly, as we are unable to communicate with it. Please check to ensure that all cables are tightly secured and free of damage. If we are unable to obtain signal levels from the modem, our best course of action would be to send out a service technician to the home, to address the issues.
