EBB program not real life?

hi I just want to make sure I am not the only one. I have been approved for the EBB program FOR A WHOLE YEAR. Cox says nonstop they have no control, but their OWN WEBSITE clearly says I a approved on the EBB page. I also am approved through ID me and have also re certified 4 times over this year. Is this a game to not apply the funds, or what can be done? I have struggled so much trying to keep wifi on and it's never ending. Can someone assure me I am not the only one? Or give any advice on who to reach?
