Wrong! You are blocking port 80 and that is the real problem. You allowed the ESO traffic previously but no more. It is not my modem. Arris AC1600. I have not changed any settings. Elder scrolls tells me they have tried to tell you, Cox, about the problem but you ignore them. Everyone playing Elder Scrolls on your network has been mostly unable to play since November of last year. We all started having the problem at the same time. Everyone on Cox who plays this game has had interference and we thought it was Elder Scrolls. But it isn't. It is you and refuse to work with Elder Scrolls to resolve the problem. The only work around is to pay for a VPN or get off COX. Fortunately I have the option of moving to AT&T fiber which is ten times faster than your offering and allows that speed for downloading AND uploading unlike you. It cheaper than your service. And you guys just don't care enough to admit/fix the problem.
