Hi BlueParrot, Cox has been blocking inbound port 80 for years. This is not a new thing. The IP address 68.106.66.135 is a Cox-owned IP address not currently on a Cox blocklist. My guess is that the firewall settings in your modem (or Gateway) are blocking the ESO launcher or patch server. Try changing your IPv4 firewall settings to Minimum Security (the lowest option). -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
