email is down AGAIN!

this morning all of my email accounts cannot be accessed by outlook. don't bother telling me it's my computer, it's not, this keeps happening a couple of times a week. after a while it starts working...

Orange County, CA: Inbound email off the server has been down in Outlook since Friday 5/1. Service to my iPhone and iPad unaffected.  Have gone thru all the setting verifications and password changes and still down. POS.
