my email server does not work after the changes cox made yesterday. I just spend time chatting online and then talking to a cox customer service agent and it is still not fixed. I was directed to contact Microsoft and continue to get disconnected when trying to get to a person. My email was working fine until the change. Why can't technical changes that Cox make be transparent to the customer. I can't get my email now as a result and everything was working fine up until the steps that Cox took. This should not happen. Please advice to what a customer should do?
